  As a licensed contractor I find the review by Bennie Boo is ridiculous (below). This person obviously has no experience dealing with a wholesaler of construction materials. The tile company even agreed to meet the unrealistic terms from this idiot. It's a shame that reviews by ignorant fools skew a company's rating but that is the society we have now created for ourselves. Next time people like this should go to Home Depot if they want to nickel and dime their little weekend project. Retailers such as Home Depot have higher margins built-in to their material cost to account for customers just like this. It is the customer's responsibility to do their own quantity take off, if you don't know how to do your own material take off you should hire someone who does. The material supplier should not be penalized because the customer is too lazy or incapable of doing their own quantity take off. On the other hand this is what this whole wholesaler gets for selling directly to the public.
